Northern Ontario Education Leaders is pleased to offer Online Professional Development Courses. There are a total of 41 courses to choose from; 23 in the General Series, and 18 in the Aboriginal Series. These courses have been "developed in the North, by the North, to meet the needs of Northern Educators."

Each self-paced course:
- is approximately 5 hours in duration
- has a 45-day expiry
- free of charge! (as of Oct 16/06)
...and a Certificate of Completion is issued upon successful passing of the Assessment component.
